The garage daily rates are $2.00 Minimum for 2 Hours and $1.00 per hour after the first 2 Hours. The monthly parking rate for covered parking is $42.00 per month for covered parking space. The monthly parking rate for uncovered parking is $27.00 per month.

The monthly parking rate for the First and Center Lot is $42.00 per space. For daily parking please visit the parking garage located at 230 South Wolcott Street.

The garage is in operation Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM. Friday from 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM.

The parking garage is free Saturday, Sunday and City recognized holidays.

Yes. Many of the downtown merchants participate in our validations program. Be sure to ask your favorite local shop if they validate for parking in the parking garage. One validation sticker is good for 0-2 hours.

Yes. Park Casper is proud to offer public restrooms at the Downtown Parking Garage near the Center Street entrance, between 2nd and Midwest. The restrooms are open during the hours listed below:

Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Sunday: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Our parking office is open to the public between the hours of 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. The address is Park Casper, 230 South Wolcott Street, Casper, WY 82601.

On-street parking is available at no charge and is limited two hours in any one space or block face between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM on weekdays. This limit applies to all spaces, including handicap parking unless they are permanent, reserved spaces. A block face is defined as a portion of a street or highway between to intersections, including all on-street parking along both sides of the street or highway within such boundaries. Parking on the street is prohibited from 3:00 AM to 6:00 AM, seven days a week. For those staying longer than 2 hours, we encourage you to park in the garage.
